Tru By Hilton Georgetown Hotel

The room was cramped for a family of 4, defintely not what I expected. Breakfast was a dismal failure without the pancake machine, broken. I woudl ve been actually surprised with an upgrade for my inconveniences, but apparently, no one cares about guest comfort here. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Perfectly clean hotel with comfy location in Georgetown just off stores, restaurants and convenience stores with gas, restaurant, and the coast. Really helpful and friendly efficient staff, brand-new queen room. Large bathroom, and climate control and flat-screen television. Free parking nearby provided. Beautiful views, great pool. Wonderful experience there.

Tru By Hilton had a super clean vibe with comfy beds. The breakfast spread was awesome, especially the pancake maker! Little tight in space for my family, but overall a nice experience.

If you're into culinary delights, don't miss Bella Capri down the road-it's a local treasure! The breakfast here is rockin' too, with staff was good.

The last night of our stay, hotel management did not address the noise from a large group of children, which disrupted our ability to enjoy the facilities and breakfast.

King rooms feel cramped, no room to breathe with even two people. During the last night, we had a swarm of rowdy kids from baseball teams that turned the corridors into a circus. Group chaos was not handled well, and it was disappointing to see no action taken to reduce the racket.

while staying here, I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the treasures of the sea museum, only about 1 km away, and it was a short walk to the red barn country store, less than a 5-minute drive, making my weekend strolls more fun.

I experienced a lack of control from management regarding noise disturbances caused by large groups of children. My room felt cramped and lacked sufficient furnishings. The breakfast options were limited and unappealing, disappointing.

Everything was super clean, and the beds were soft! We loved the indoor pool. The breakfast had plenty of options, including a cool pancake maker. Staff interactions were friendly. Would stay here again!
